Standard Parcel Delivery Details UK

UK standard delivery is free and shipping time is 1-3 days.

Most orders are shipped from our warehouse within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) and are normally delivered within 1-2 working days on our standard delivery service. Next Day orders placed after 1500hrs or out of normal working hours will usually be despatched on the next working day (i.e. Next day order placed on Sunday will be despatched Monday for Tuesday delivery).

AM and Saturday Delivery available at checkout.

European Delivery 

Despatched using DPD and GLS Europe 2-7 Day Service.  All items despatched within 3 workings days of purchase. Simply choose your country from the drop down list, click 'best way table rate' and then update total for shipping price.

Attempted\Undelivered Items

If a delivery is made you will be left a calling card. We will also inform you via your registered ebay email that delivery has been attempted. You will then have 5 Days to get in contact with carrier or ourselves at sales@lakeland-furniture.co.uk or the parcel will be returned to us. In the event that the parcel is returned we will charge £6 per box return fee and also a redelivery fee of £6 per box.
