Lakeland Furniture is committed to pushing the boundaries of online shopping.  We will soon be adding video of all our products so you can see a full 360 degree view of the product you are buying.  We will not be displaying stock image pictures that look nothing like the product you receive like some stores do.  

We are currently in the process of making these short videos and they will soon be uploaded for you to view.

Delivery Information

We offer very competitive shipping rates to the UK and Europe. Delivery charges will be calculated as the items are being added to the basket. You can see what the charges are by clicking the shipping estimator at any point during the shopping process to show the costs for the items in the basket at that time. 

UK Delivery

UK delivery (excluding Highlands and offshore) will be within 2-3 working days.

Upgrades and Special Requests

Upgrades for Saturday(£15) or before 12pm (next working day £5) deliveries can be made at checkout. Orders need to be placed before 1400hrs for next working day service.

If you require a delivery on a certain day (UK only) or wish to delay delivery please email us at sales@lakeland-furniture.co.uk with your order number and request and we can update your sales record.

We ship daily to the list of countries below via our European courier DPD & Parcelforce.

EU Zone 1 (2-3 days)
Belgium, Germany, France, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Republic Of Ireland

EU Zone 2 – (3-5 days)
Italy, Spain, Portugal, Denmark, Sweden, Poland, Austria, Finland, Estonia,Lithuania, Slovenia, 

EU Zone 3 – (3-7days)
Norway, Iceland, Switzerland, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Slovakia, Czech Rep.,

Easy Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return the item(s) to us within 30 days for a refund. View our Returns Policy for full details.

Please contact us for return address and make sure to include your customer order details with the package, as we cannot process the returned goods without these.
