EASY RETURNS

Unwanted Items? - No problem RETURNS Within 30 Days in the UK There is no need to worry if you have had a change of heart with your purchase. You can return an unused item within 30 Days.  The cost of the return will be deducted from the refund.  View our Returns Policy for full breakdown of out returns policy and charges. Please contact us for return address and make sure to include your customer order details with the package, as we cannot process the returned goods without these.

UK SHIPPING

Standard Free Delivery

Orders are shipped weekdays (excluding weekends and public holidays) and are normally delivered within 5 working days between 8am to 8pm on our standard free delivery service.  Some Highlands and Offshore postcodes will attract a postage surcharge.

1 Man Kerbside Free Delivery Service

For large parcel items (Dining tables, marquees, beds and mattress) free delivery is available on all the products. Due to the size of these items the delivery length can be upto 14 working days.

With the Free Delivery service, your item(s) will be delivered to the front door of your house, or the main entrance to your block of flats. As a free service, we cannot go any further than the main door to your building due to insurance reasons.

If you need additional help getting your item(s) to your desired room, or up the stairs to your flat, please choose our 2 Man Delivery Service.

At present we are unable to deliver large item parcels to some Highland and Offshore locations.

DELIVERY UPGRADES

Next Working Day, 48Hr Delivery

Orders placed after our 1200hrs cut off time or out of normal working hours will be despatched on the next working day (i.e. Next day order placed on Sunday will be despatched Monday for Tuesday delivery. Weekends and Bank Holidays are not counted as working days).

Next Working Day, 48Hr Delivery and Saturday Delivery

Upgrades available at checkout. Next Working Day, 48Hr and Saturday delivery (between 8am to 8pm) are only available in Mainland UK.

Some larger items are not available for next day delivery due to the size and weight and at checkout the postal services available will be displayed for that item.

Room of Choice Delivery Service

For large parcel items (Dining tables, sofas, marquees, beds and mattress).  This service will deliver the item to a room of your choice as long as access is available and deemed safe.

Our Room of Choice Delivery is the ideal delivery service, and is particularly suitable if you:

• have ordered lots of items
• need help getting the order to the room of your choice
• need help carrying your order up the stairs to your flat

EU DELIVERY

We deliver to select EU countries. The postage charge will be updated at checkout once your country is selected.

Some larger items are not available for next day delivery due to the size and weight and at checkout the postal services available will be displayed for that item.

ATTEMPTED/UNDELIVERED ITEMS

If a delivery is made you will be left a calling card.  You will then have 5 Days to get in contact with carrier or ourselves at tracking@lakeland.zendesk.com or the parcel will be returned to us. In the event that the parcel is returned undelivered any postage upgrades will not be refunded.

PRE-ORDERS

Pre-Order product, this means you can purchase and reserve your product, ready for delivery to you as soon as it arrives into our Warehouse. The 'Estimated Delivery' is stated on the product details page next to the buy it now button, this date is when we expect the product to arrive to our warehouse and it could take upto 5 working days to deliver to you after this date. We will let you know as soon as your product is ready to be dispatched to you. 

OTHER INFORMATION

• Tracking is available on Standard Delivery services. You will receive a shipping confirmation email from the warehouse with a tracking number for your parcel so you can follow its journey. If you register your account you can log in and track your order.
• Our carriers deliver during normal business working hours and will require a signature on receipt, so we suggest your order is delivered to an address where some one will be available to accept it.
• Your order will be sent out via the most suitable carrier, dependent on size and weight.
• Please be advised that on any public holiday dates in your country, deliveries will not be made.

*Please note UK delivery times and\free delivery excludes Northern Ireland, Offshore, Scottish Highlands, Some Rural UK Postcodes and Channel Islands. Surcharges for these locations will be applied at checkout.
