From our base in Oldham, Manchester, we source products directly from suppliers and sell them straight from our warehouse rather than running shops. This enables us to keep our overheads low and pass on these savings to our customers. We concentrate on specific ranges so we can find the best quality and deliver the best prices.
Our Story
For the last two decades, our family-run business has made it our mission to provide the best quality home and garden furniture at the best prices.
2012 – Lakeland Furniture bought the former Warburtons Bakery in Shaw, Oldham. We now have a 40000 sq foot warehouse that holds over 30,000 products in stock at any one time, allowing us to deliver 95% of orders within 3 days.
2014 – We opened a showroom within our warehouse to showcase our amazing furniture to the general public (Currently closed for refurbishment).
2017 – We started to sponsor a local Central Lancashire Cricket League amateur cricket team. We also sponsored the kits for local youth footballs and rugby league teams.
2018 – We started an apprenticeship scheme through which 16-year-old school leavers could join Lakeland Furniture as apprentice office staff. The scheme enables them to experience working in a sales and support office while completing their college courses.
2021 – Lakeland Furniture recorded its best ever year with over 25,000 orders from happy customers.
