Lakeland Furniture specialises in home and garden furniture, carrying an extensive range of the UK's best value bar stools, dining chairs, office chairs, tables and furnishing accessories. Rather than run shops, we source these items direct from the factories and hold them in our warehouse. This enables us to keep our overheads low and pass on these savings to our customers. We concentrate on specific ranges so we can find the best quality and deliver the best prices.
The founder, Ryan Lee, used to work for a large US Corporation, but was itching to work for himself. His father had experience in sales and they thought they could team up to create a family business and were looking for ideas. When his wife was having a new kitchen designed and was trying to find new furniture, Ryan spent many hours scouring the internet for good quality pieces at an affordable price, and searching for a company that really cared about their customers. He identified suppliers for the furniture and realised that this was the opportunity he had been looking for. And so, Lakeland Furniture was born.
In 2012 Lakeland Furniture bought the former Warburtons Bakery in Shaw, Oldham and now have a 40000 Sq foot warehouse that allows us to hold over 30000 products in stock allowing us to deliver 95% of orders within 3 days.
