Product Details & Dimensions
The parasol has a unique crank and tilt design which allows you to easily tilt the parasol with the lever on the aluminium pole; this means you can stay shaded from the sun all day long as it sets.
The parasol stretches out to a 2 metre diameter to ensure maximum coverage and can be cleaned easily with soapy water then rinsed. The parasol does not come with a base but this can be purchased separately.
The canopy and parasol pole should stand the test of time in your garden, however we suggest storing it indoors when not in use - Especially during winter for a greater chance of continued high performance.

UK SHIPPING
STANDARD FREE DELIVERY
Orders are shipped weekdays (excluding weekends and public holidays) and are normally delivered within 5 working days between 8am to 8pm on our standard free delivery service.
1 MAN KERBSIDE FREE DELIVERY SERVICE
For large parcel items (Dining tables, marquees, beds and mattress) free delivery is available on all the products. Due to the size of these items the delivery length can be upto 14 working days.
With the Free Delivery service, your item(s) will be delivered to the front door of your house, or the main entrance to your block of flats. As a free service, we cannot go any further than the main door to your building due to insurance reasons.
If you need additional help getting your item(s) to your desired room, or up the stairs to your flat, please choose our 2 Man Delivery Service.
At present we are unable to deliver large item parcels to the following postcode areas; AB, DD, IV, KW, PA, PH and any Off Shore UK Postcodes.
DELIVERY UPGRADES
NEXT WORKING DAY
Orders placed after 1400hrs or out of normal working hours will usually be despatched on the next working day (i.e. Next day order placed on Sunday will be despatched Monday for Tuesday delivery). Some larger items are not available for next day delivery due to the size and weight and at checkout the postal services available will be displayed for that item.
NEXT WORKING DAY AND SATURDAY DELIVERY
Upgrades available at checkout. Next Working Day and Saturday delivery (between 8am to 8pm) are only available in Mainland UK.
ROOM OF CHOICE DELIVERY SERVICE
For large parcel items (Dining tables, sofas, marquees, beds and mattress). This service will deliver the item to a room of your choice as long as access is available and deemed safe.
Our Room of choice Delivery is the ideal delivery service, and is particularly suitable if you:
- have ordered lots of items
- need help getting the order to the room of your choice
- need help carrying your order up the stairs to your flat
EU DELIVERY
We deliver to select EU countries. The delivery cost will be automatically applied at checkout.
ATTEMPTED / UNDELIVERED ITEMS
If a delivery is made you will be left a calling card. You will then have 5 Days to get in contact with carrier or ourselves at [email protected] or the parcel will be returned to us. In the event that the parcel is returned undelivered we will charge a redelivery fee to resend.
PRE-ORDERS
Pre-Order product, this means you can purchase and reserve your product, ready for delivery to you as soon as it arrives into our Warehouse. The 'Estimated Delivery' is stated on the product details page next to the buy it now button, this date is when we expect the product to arrive to our warehouse and it could take 2-3 working days to deliver to you after this date. We will let you know as soon as your product is ready to be dispatched to you.
OTHER INFORMATION
- Tracking is available on Standard Delivery services. You will receive a shipping confirmation email from the warehouse with a tracking link for your parcel so you can follow its journey.
- Our carriers deliver during normal business working hours and will require a signature on receipt, so we suggest your order is delivered to an address where some one will be available to accept it.
- Your order will be sent out via the most suitable carrier, dependent on size and weight.
- Please be advised that on any public holiday dates in your country, deliveries will not be made. In this instance, please expect your order to arrive the next business day.
