Change Of heart? No problem - return within 30 days

We know that you will be pleased with your purchases from lakeland-furniture.co.uk. However, there may be occasions when you will need to return items to us. There is no need to worry if you have had a change of heart with your purchase. You can return an item to the below address within 30 Days. Please use our Contact Us page to send notice of your return.

Your item must not have had the tags removed, been used and be complete in all its original packaging. Any items that are returned to us partailly assembled will incur £35 charge which will be automatically deducted from your refund. If you are unable to unassemble please contact us first so we can help. You can return your order via the courier of your choice to the below address:

Original Packaging & Product Care - Items that are returned to us without all the original packaging will be refunded minus an additional 25% of the total cost restocking charge. If you are unable to unassemble or dont have boxes please contact us first so we can help.

Faulty / Damaged Items

Any products that you have received with a defect or are received in error from Lakeland Furniture, we will be happy to replace/exchange any damaged parts. Please inform us of any damage by email to [email protected] ensuring that you quote your name, address and order reference number. If over 30 Days photographs of the damage must be included.

All returned goods must be in a full un-used condition.
All refunds will be processed within 14 days of return.
Your statutory rights are not affected.

 

Non Receipt of Items

If you have not received your items you must let us know within 7 days from the estimated delivery date. Once we know you have not received your item we will investigate the matter fully both internally and with our carriers.

Items Damaged in Transit

If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 7 working days (please note that this is 48 hours for our business customers). If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, it's best to sign the carrier's delivery note accordingly. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once received back into our warehouse, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method.

Items Faulty on Arrival

If your items are faulty on arrival, you have 30 calendar days in which to inform us of the fault (please note that for our business customers, this is 14 calendar days). Items should be returned in their original packaging complete. Once we have verified the fault, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method. We test returned items, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty by our technicians we will return the item to you, in this instance you will be liable for the return carriage.

Returns Exceptions

  • Free delivery on most mainland UK orders.
  • 30 Day Returns period
  • 30 Day Returns are only covered on items purchased directly from Lakeland-Furniture’s website or over the phone. Purchases made via any third parties do not qualify for terms listed on the website.
  • 14 Day Returns on any clearance \ returns or ex display items.
